EB-5 Visas

An EB-5 Investor visa is a visa employed by a foreign national endeavoring to establish a business or invest in an existing U.S. business. The EB-5 visa will allow the foreign national investor (and his immediate family) to obtain conditional green cards.

Requirements:

  • Temporary conditional resident status to become permanent resident status
  • At least $500,000 or $1,000000 investment
  • At least 10 full time permanent jobs created
  • Proof of a lawful source of the funds

E-2 Visas

An E-2 visa is designed to serve as a temporary visa that is based on their being a commercial treaty between the country of which the individual is from, and the United States.

Requirements:

  • Temporary stay in the U.S.
  • “Substantial” investment in an Untied States company
  • Nationals of the treaty country must own majority of the U.S. company
  • Creation of employment
  • Visa applicant must be an executive, manager, owner, or person with essential skills
